What are foreign nurse licensure requirements in the US?

Can you Endorse/Transfer your USRN License to another state without SSN?
It depends on the state. Different states have different requirements. You can endorse your License to states like Pennsylvania without an SSN.
Can you get a USRN with California NCLEX Pass Report?
If you registered for your NCLEX under the California Board of Nursing, you will not be granted an initial License until you get a social security Number. In this case, you cannot endorse your License because you would not even have a license. However, you can transfer your NCLEX Credentials from California to another Board of Nursing.
What does USRN Endorsement mean?
It’s a process through which US Licensed Nurses can transfer their license to another US state. If you are Licensed in Illinois, you can endorse to Pennsylvania, in which case you will obtain a Pennsylvania RN License.
